Hotel Welcome Inn - Kloten

I appreciated the stay here. Sincerely, it was a really really nice stay for the business trip. The breakfast was sensational for vegetarians and all the food was excellent. They gave me queen room with Strong wi-fi, international TV channels, as example. The staff was knowledgeable when needed. The hotel was in a wonderful location, very close to Zurich airport.

In town, nearby the airport and public transportation.

I would have expected a bit more variety for breakfast.

Breakfast is amazing - just a lot and everything is delicious. Rooms are clean and warm. The airport is 10 minutes on foot, no more.

This is a clean, well run and unpretentious hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Well located for both Zurich International Airport and only minutes from Zurich main station.

Excellent service from the staff to help to get train schedule .

It is close to the airport, easy to get there, not very expensive, comfortable, nice bar and restourant

Proximity to the airport, easy go and leave (suttle bus).

Since its proximity to the airport it can be chosen for business purposes, therefore a free access to internet in the rooms would be welcome.

The breakfast pricing confusion is frustrating!!! Poor room decor lacking warmth!!! Black-out curtains only, no sense of privacy during daylight hours!!! The lobby could use some sprucing up!!!

The hotel had good a decent restaurant and the staff were helpfull and friendly.

There was a lot of noise from above and below the room I stayed in, as if there was some sort of kitchen / catering / domestic work being done. This went on throughout both nights I stayed there. A constant banging, bumping and crashing sounds occurred all through the night.

This place was just a fitting option for a brief stopover in Kloten that offered high value for money. I appreciated the proximity to good restaurants and shops in the area, convenient for a quick meal. A tip, consider checking out local spots for eats instead of relying on hotel options.

Perfect location close to Zurich Airport. The shuttle buses run late in the evening and started early in the morning again. Perfect for connecting from flight to trains or the other way around. We had a good nights sleep and a lovely shower in the morning.

Clean room, helpful staff, with a spacious layout that includes a tv and an electric kettle for convenience, and a quick tram ride from the airport makes it easy to explore the city.

Fairly clean and extraordinary hotel with pleasant staff and well presented food. Updated room with large bathroom, an electronic safe and three twin beds and delicious and satisfactory breakfast to start the day.
